What is the condition of the product?
Integron Technologies sells BRAND NEW, factory fresh products. In some rare events, we do offer used and refurbished goods, but those products will be clearly labeled as such. Complete product details and condition is included in the description of every item.
What is an "unlocked" phone?
Cellular devices that are unlocked allow the use of any SIM card so that you can switch cards between different carriers, unlike phones which are locked to a single carrier. Please check with your cellular provider to determine if the phone is compatible on your network
Please note, unless otherwise stated in the product description, all mobile phones sold by Integron Technologies are UNLOCKED.

Will this phone work on my network or in my country?

How do I complete this sale?
You can checkout immediately once you have been declared a winner by eBay, or purchased an item, by following the Ebay checkout to our payment page.
You will also be sent an email, from Integron Technologies, containing a link to a checkout site. In order to complete the transaction you must click on the link, or copy and paste the URL into the browser address window. It is then a simple process to checkout of the shopping cart.
Please Note: If you win and fail to pay for your item using the checkout site within 5 days of auction close, you may be in violation of eBay's Non-Paying Bidder Policy and subject to account suspension by eBay.
I am an international customer, can I pay with Paypal or credit card?
No, at this time we are unable to accept paypal and credit card from customers located outside the United States of America. No exceptions will be made. We do offer several other payment options for our international customers. Please refer to the product description for payment and shipping terms.
Do you charge sales tax?
By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses within the state of Florida.
Can I cancel my order or winning bid?
No, all bids are binding and cannot be cancelled.
I can not pay for the item I won, what can I do?
An Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened for all unpaid items. Unpaid Item Disputes are the only way we can obtain fee refunds from Ebay for unpaid items. After the dispute is filed, you will receive an Unpaid Item Strike from Ebay. If you wish to avoid an Unpaid Item Strike, non-paying buyers have the option of reimbursing us our listing and final value fees. If these fees are reimbursed, we will close the dispute and no Unpaid Item Strike will be issued.

Shipping Questions When will my product ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days, AFTER payment is processed. Failure to comply with our payment/shipping terms may result in a shipping delay. To avoid such delays, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match, and read our terms prior to completing your purchase.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
We cannot ship orders to any address other than your billing address when payment is made by Paypal, Bidpay, Google Checkout, or credit card. We are able to make exceptions when payment is made by check, money order, moneybookers.com, western union, or bank transfer. If payment is made by Paypal, Bidpay, Google Checkout, or credit card, please do not ask us to ship an address other then your billing address. This will only delay your order.
Can Integron Technologies ship to a location outside the United Sates?

What carrier does Integron Technologies use for shipping?
All products will be shipped via UPS. Some items will ship via USPS or FEDEX. Please see the item details for more information. We reserve the right to use alternate carriers. In the event we use a different shipping company or service, you will never be downgraded to a slower service.
Can Integron Technologies ship to a PO Box or a Military address?
We cannot ship to a Post Office Box or a Military address.
What value does Integron Technologies declare on customs documents when shipping worldwide?
We do declare a low value on international shipments to help prevent postal theft. If you do NOT want us to declare a low value, please inform us and we'll be happy to declare the full value of the item.

Return Questions What is the Integron Technologies return policy?
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for properly shipped orders. All sales are final. If you are not shipped the correct item, it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive an exchange.
