INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES accepts returns if the following conditions are met:
  • If your item arrives Defective/dead on arrival (DOA), it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Defective/DOA returns are eligible for EXCHANGE only. Please fill out our online RMA form above to report defective/dead on arrival products and obtain an RMA number. The buyer must return the product within 24 hours of obtaining an RMA number. All defected/DOA items must be inspected by INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES. If it is determined your product is not defected, it will be returned to you by UPS Ground Delivery. If INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES is unable to replace your product, INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a FULL refund.

    • The following exceptions apply:
      • Mobile phone compatibility - if a phone you purchase from us does not work on your network, or has features that are not compatible with your phone company, that does not imply the phone is defected. Please check with your phone company BEFORE buying to insure proper compatibility. Data service (3G, HSDPA, UMTS), MMS, PPT, etc are all network dependent, please check with your phone company prior to purchasing your mobile phone to insure compatibility.
      • Signal Strength/Call Quality - poor signal strength and call quality are both dependent upon your phone company, and several other variables. This is a very subjective reason for return, and does not imply the phone is defected.
      • Battery life - the manufacturer's stated battery life are meant as estimates, they are not 100% accurate when it comes to real world use. If a phone does not meet or exceed the manufacturer's estimate, it does not imply the phone is defected. In the rare event a battery will not hold a charge, we will issue prompt replacement of the defected battery after an RMA is issued.
      • User Manual - Most phones will include a user manual in English, and other languages. However, in some rare events, certain phones may not include English manuals. This is due to the fact that many phones are not released in the USA, and are imported for resale. The lack of an English manual does not imply the item is defected. English manuals are available on the internet. If assistance is required, we can email you an English manual in PDF format.

  • If your item is NOT defective, you may return your item within 14 days of the date of purchase. Your returned item must be in re-sellable/like-new condition, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all accessories, software and manuals; all of which must be in re-sellable/like-new condition. INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees are assessed upon receipt of the returned item. The minimum restocking fee for a non-defective item is 25%. Damaged items warrant a higher restocking fee. INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to refuse a return within the first 14 days if the item bares considerable damage. Refused items will be returned by UPS Ground Delivery.

  • If your item or shipment was damaged in transit, please be sure to note it with the driver when accepting delivery of the item. If the package has been severely damaged or tampered with, please refuse the shipment from the shipping company. If an insurance claim is filed with the shipping company, a replacement product will be mailed once the insurance claim is approved by the claims department.

  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES to acquire an RMA Number and initiate the return/replacement of the item. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as we secure your returned item. In the event of a shipping error, INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES will reimburse all freight charges.

INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES RMA POLICY

  • Any item returned to INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES, for any reason, requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. If your product is eligible for return, please fill out the RMA form above.

  • Items returned to INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES without an RMA Number are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items returned to INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES without an RMA take longer to process. INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to refuse a return without an RMA Number.

  • INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES does NOT reimburse shipping costs or provide return labels for defective items.

  • If your item is returned to sender by UPS as "not delivered" or "refused", customer will be charged shipping fee for the return.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Mobile phone accessories, bluetooth headsets, memory cards, and consumables can NOT be returned. All defects must be reported directly to the manufacturer.
